Dear Parents,

          Festivals are very important for our Social life as they bring us together and provide great  opportunity to be a cause of other’s happiness. Festivals create harmony with nature. Most of the festivals of India are associated with religion.  The  hindus are worshipers of many deities.  MAA DURGA is believed to be the goddess of POWER and PROSPERITY.  People of India celebrate DURGA PUJA for nine days which is also called NAVRATRI.  Dussehra is celebrated on the tenth day which is the symbol of the victory of truth over evils and sin.Deepawali brings light of prosperity to us. We worship goddess LAXMI on this occasion. Houses and streets are cleaned and decorated with flowers and lights.  We all feel festive and our heart is full of spiritual sensation of love and brotherhood during this festive season.

Dear parents,as you know India is a land of festivals and now a days is the season of festivals because we are enjoying one after another festival at a regular interval of time.
