Mrs. Renu Yadav: To begin with I would like to quote D.H. Lawrence “So long as there is a bit of laugh if things are not going all right. As soon as this infernal seriousness, like a greasy sea, heaves up, everything is lost. ”Humor ,  recreation, hobbies and socialite have become the instincts of yesterdays. Now a days various pressure groups have prevailed upon the students which have trampled homogeneity and receptive strength among the students, what is more contextual at this juncture, is to establish a sincere and   judicious coordination with the learners and learning interest. For a balanced and effective transmission of knowledge, efforts, to meet goal in life and up keeping values of life, it is a must to lay emphasis on value based teaching so that learners could pursue their courses in a congenial atmosphere. They need to be kept stress free.

These days parental attitude in urban areas seems to have sub-contracted their accountability to the teachers. Subsequently it has created and increased a fissure between a child and parent leading to an emotional void in a child.  This is the time where bilateral efforts in building a MAN are the only props that can restore humour in the learners,  As crows cannot be taught to sing, elephant cannot be taught to climb a tree, a monkey cannot be taught swimming likewise subjects and targets cannot be clamped on the learners unless they have interest in them.

Now, at this crucial stage I would like to urge upon the parents to abridge the gap between learners and be emotionally close to them to share their feelings and assure them that they are not alone to face ultra violet rays of expectations. The ozone of parental and experienced teachers will shield from jeopardy.

With sincere love and hope for meteoric rise of my learners, I pray to the Almighty to bestow mammoth strength to crack ice in life to pane a way of success.
