Ever since, I entered into teaching profession, I have experienced multiple change in the perspective of Guru-Shishya parampara. Decades ago the teachers used to lead pivotal role in the making of the society. The spirituality of the guru was highly served by commoners kings alike. But with the passage of time, the role of teachers has undergone many changes. Subsequently, It has left an indelible impetus on the ethics, devotion, value and commitment of the students.  At this stage we can  not  ignore the spiritual accountability of parents who have to be so good as fertile land to supply valuable nutrients among their future generation.

The Central Board of Secondary Education is very much concerned to see degenerating traits among the future generation. Many schemes have been launched by the CBSE to imbue values and life skills so that our children can become first a good man bearing a chaste love for family, society and nation. The purpose of education is to equip our learners with latest requirement of the world in combination with sociability, tolerance and brotherhood.

Hence it obligatory on us of the teachers and the society to groom train and nurture our children with love, care and understanding. Simultaneously we have to keep it in our mind that it can only be possible if a knowledgeable team of teachers renders this service for future generation to step forth into a multi cultural world without limit.
